The pans are fine. The quality is okay overall, though it does feel a little mixed depending on the piece. I’m not saying they’re terrible or anything, because they do the job, but I also wouldn’t act like they’re top-tier. For the price, they’re decent enough.

Support did help me get things sorted out, so credit where it’s due. The replies just took a bit longer than I expected, which was a great opportunity to practice patience, apparently.

I wasn’t happy with my order at all. The whole experience was just frustrating, and every time I tried to get help, it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue. I kept getting passed around instead of actually getting a clear answer or solution. it ended up feeling like more hassle than it was worth, and I don’t think I’d order from this site again

"Damaged order and frustrating support"
My order arrived damaged, and trying to get it sorted out was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I sent photos right away, but the responses were slow and didn’t really help. I felt like I kept having to follow up just to get a basic answer, and in the end, I still didn’t get a fair fix. I won’t be ordering from bakesupplyplus.com again

"Promo code felt like a total bait-and-switch"
I ordered on impulse because I saw a promo code on the site and thought, okay, good deal, why not? It even looked like the discount applied at checkout, so I didn’t think twice before placing the order.
Then later I noticed my card was charged the full amount with no discount. I emailed them right away, and the response was basically just, “that item didn’t qualify,” which was super frustrating because that was not obvious at all while I was shopping.
It left a bad taste for me. The whole deal felt misleading, and I kind of regret jumping on it so fast. I don’t see myself ordering from them again

"Says it’s in stock, but apparently not"
I ordered a few baking supplies that were listed as available on the site, so I figured everything was good. Then a couple days later, I got a message saying some of the items were actually out of stock… like, seriously? smh
This isn’t even the first time it’s happened, which makes it extra annoying tbh. If something isn’t available, just show that before I pay and sit around waiting for an update.
Now I have to hunt the stuff down somewhere else and I’ve already lost time. I probably won’t order again unless they fix their stock info, bc this is just frustrating.

They’ve got a decent little selection of cake decorating supplies... tips, colors, sprinkles, tools, all the basic stuff. I was able to find most of what I needed, but the more specific designs and nicer toppers were a little limited. Not a bad spot overall, I just wish they had more options for certain themes.

"Good baking supplies, shipping was a little slow"
I ordered a few pro baking pans and piping tips for my small kitchen setup, and overall I’m happy with them. I was in a excited mood when I placed the order since I had a bunch of baking ideas I wanted to try. The quality turned out to be really good, and everything was packed nicely when it arrived. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely order from them again.

I was trying to check the allergen details and got irritated fast. It wasn’t clear enough, so I ended up having to guess, which isn’t something I have much patience for when it comes to food allergies.

"The box showed up half crushed..."
The box showed up half crushed, and a couple of the bags inside were ripped open. Stuff leaked everywhere, everywhere. I was frustrated unpacking it. I don’t think I’d order again unless they seriously fix the way they pack these

"The product photos weren’t much help"
I was browsing bakesupplyplus.com for some baking supplies, the product photos made it harder than it needed to be. A lot of them were either really small or only showed one angle, so I couldn’t get a good sense of what the item actually looked like.
I’m sure some of the products are probably fine, and I get that not every site is going to have perfect photos, but I still felt unsure ordering. There weren’t many close-ups, the details were limited, and a few things didn’t seem to match the descriptions all that well. I can live with it, I guess, but it definitely didn’t make me feel confident.

I was trying to order some baking supplies, maybe just a handful of items, but the website made it way more frustrating than I expected. Pages took a while to load, the search results didn’t really match what I was typing, and my cart got weird a couple times when I tried to change quantities. Checkout also felt a bit clunky, and for a minute or so I wasn’t even sure if the order had actually gone through. The products might be perfectly fine, but the site itself made the whole thing harder than it needed to be...

I tried checking out twice and both times the payment page just froze for no clear reason. Super annoying, and this kind of thing always seems to happen right when you’re ready to finish an order.

"The descriptions were basically useless"
I’m annoyed because the product descriptions left out basic details that should’ve been there in the first place. How am I supposed to know what I’m buying if the seller doesn’t bother to explain it properly? I ended up feeling like I had to guess, and that’s on them.

I was about to grab a few baking things, but then the shipping popped up and it was way higher than I expected. For small stuff like that, it just didn’t feel worth it. Kind of annoying because I did want them, but that whole thing made me back out.

"Just didn’t feel reliable"
I ordered a few baking supplies and the delivery date kept getting pushed back. The tracking barely changed the whole time, so I was basically left guessing whether it was actually on the way or not.
It did show up eventually, but by then it was too late and my weekend baking plans were already thrown off. The items might be perfectly fine, but my gut says this isn’t a place I’d trust when timing matters. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Arrived stale, but apparently that doesn’t count"
When it showed up, it already tasted kind of stale, which was really disappointing. I figured this would be a straightforward issue, but of course there’s some little policy loophole that makes it harder to get it addressed. If something arrives not fresh, that should be enough.

"Decent prices, but not always a deal"
I picked up a few baking supplies and some of the prices were fair, but a few items were about the same as what I’ve seen on other sites. The shipping also kind of eats into the savings unless you’re ordering a decent amount. What annoyed me most was that the communication around the total cost and shipping wasn’t as clear as it should’ve been, so it was harder to tell if I was actually getting a good deal. Overall, it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t say it feels like a big bargain every time.
